I think in the end, you need $$$ to make $$$. Without it, ya cant make it. I would lve to franchise a business, like a restaurant, but you need bucko bucks to do it. Yeah,I got equity in my house, but its just money on paper. Oh well.

BY WORKING HARD.

Everybody wants a free pass these days. Get off your ass, get an education and then apply it in the real world. There are very few short cuts in life so you had better wake up and get to work.

I went to school, got an engineering degree, landed a job and then created my own company after gaining some solid experience. It was a lot of 18 and 20 hour days working while I was employed by one company and getting my own off the ground, but in the end, it was worth it.

People need to stop looking for handouts and get off their asses. Quit whining about being poor and do something with your life.

I know THAT already!! I may seem lazy, but I sure ain't stupid. EVERYBODY can go THAT path, which EVERYONE is told when they are growing up, the reason why I asked this question was to see if anyone had an ALTERNATIVE answer. And you said their are a very few short cuts in life, well, THAT'S what I want to know. What are the few short cuts out there?

I got money. When I meant poor, I meant poor compared to the guys who can bet 500 to 1000 a game here.
